The device has preloaded street maps and coastal maps of the US and Canada. Besides this it comes with all the accessories one could ask for. In my opinion the screen resolution is very good for the size of the GPS device. One disadvantage is the external antenna. If you do not have a clear view of the sky the satellite acquisition is sometimes hard. Besides this the device has a propretary card instead of a normal SD card. This card is often more expensive than a SD card. All in all I am very happy with the device and can recommend buying it.
